Resolution #1: Dissolve the South Jersey Limousine Association (SJLA) in its entirety and become a chapter of the Limousine Association of New Jersey (LANJ).
Resolution #2: Turn over the SJLA treasury in its entirety to the LANJ, should the SJLA be dissolved.
